Microsoft, The Story Lab and Empowering Media collaborated with AMC’s record-shattering show, The Walking Dead, on a custom partnership for Microsoft that provided unmissable extras for the show’s die-hard fans.
Microsoft, The Story Lab and Empowering Media teamed up with AMC and cable’s most popular show, The Walking Dead to create custom on-air spots featuring the Surface Pro 3. Along with on-air, digital and social media, extensions were created to engage the fan base and the collaboration has grown to include a Surface sponsorship of The Walking Dead Sneak Peek within The Talking Dead, the popular post-episode show. Microsoft’s OneNote and Office divisions joined in the promotion of the spot across their social channels. AMC has also made updates to Story Sync, The Walking Dead’s second screen app, available exclusively on Windows 8.
